What is causing this mutation?

Just harvested this :
and found around 4 or 5 babies looking like this :
Anyone know what could be causing this? That was a small casing that I made only to test the effectiveness of my new terrarium. .fs.

top left about 5 shrooms in on the first picture, looks a little like rose comb, which is caused by a bacteria i think.
but other causes of mutation for me, are oftern conected to chemicals like cleaning agents, or lysol ext.

I don't know, but them there look like Malabars...
Everybody runs into mutants. It doesn't look like a chemical mutation, more of a growth problem. I have had many mushrooms that the stem will split on them when they get very large and grow very fast.
It looks like you have dual stems there, more than just normal splitting. I have no clue, but it looks kinda cool.

Yeah I know about the petroleum-based agents causing rosecombs but you think split stems like this could also be related to chemical?
What about too much water causing split stems?

Looks more mutated, than water damaged to me, but you could be right. Its just the one odd cap, makes me think of rosecomb.

Whenever my humidity is too high my mushrooms usually form a fuzzy mycelium coat at the base of the stems. Whenever I believe it to be too low, my mushrooms grow smaller, slower, and denser (wood like). I have had split stems before, and since only scattered mushrooms here and there would do it in the same chamber, I figured it was just everyday mutations, not to be related to my growing conditions.
Really you don't have anything to worry about, just watch the lysol. Notorious for causing mutations when you leave residue. I have a good example:
I do not use lysol for cleaning anymore. Only Alcohol and bleach.

I'm not sure but I think I remember someone saying here that if a growing shrooms is like sitting in water, it will absorb too much water and kinda split.
Here's how the cluster in the second pic was looking like 6 days ago :
Perfect looking pins.
I remember that the ones who mutated had a weird shape just before splitting. There was as skinny stem at the base and then stem was forming some kind of bulb just under the cap, something like this :
This has to be the worst drawing evah!

Orissa India... The Malabars cousin! Malabars are my favorite all around shroom. When I grew Orissas I was surprised to see them look almost exactly like Malabars, except mine were a little lighter in color than the Malabars. Yours came out much darker than mine. I am planning on making a very large casing with orissas to see how big they really get, just got to let the spawn finish...
Sorry for the useless info there...

Yeah, I went with Orissa because they are supposed to get bigger than average, that wasn't the case here but I only used 1 quart of popcorn. Had nothing but small fruits with 1 quart casings except with Golden Teachers and EQ.
I currently have 2 large straw projects going on with Orissa and hope something will finally turn out well for me...! Hey thanks ATWAR and Loky for your inputs.
By the way ATWAR, what are you using as a lysol replacement? A solution of bleach and water with a spray bottle?
