i picked mine with the fuzz and dried them, they're perfectly ok. the fuzz just dried up and you can't even tell it was there. but you seem to have a little more than i do, i think this is because you have too much humidity. try to decrease the amount and see what happens.

I thought I had screwed up large as soon as the fuzz began to develop. I had left my terrerium out in a spot where direct sunlight hit it by mistake, and the humidity dropped a lot, and the temperature inside was extreamly hot. Nothing happened for about 4-5 days after that, but the cakes did eventually start to produce again.

all is well again..
