fuzzy stems

can anyone confirm my feelings that these fuzzy stems are a result of too high humidity and/or bad CO2 exchange?...if so, can I still eat them?

Just high humidity. Eat them.

Ya i get that all the time, weird stuff it is...Alot of mushrooms usually start to grow on the underside of mine though!
It kind of looks like and Octapus!
