Actually, the simplest and cheapest cure for constipation is to drink lots of water every day. Also eat your veggies.

Go to sams, bj's, or similar wholesale club and buy your basics in quantity. This saves a lot of money. Many perishables can be frozen to last longer. Also look for savings on big sales at your usual store which sometimes is a super bargain. If it keeps then instead of buying a months worth buy a years worth at the discount or what you can afford.

Use rice milk and frozen bananas for shakes. I use this often but add protein powder and chia seeds before a workout.

Besides things like avoiding electronics, an adequate mattress and pillows for however one sleeps, keeping a strict routine for preferably  at least 2hrs before bed is absolutely the most important aspect of sleeping for me. Also on that note, counting sheep works, and meditation in that routine can easily lead to lucid dreaming if desired. Lay down when desired, even if not tired, it's when you may get the most restful sleep.


Being mindful of fears/anxiety both leads to alleviation and lasting (remembering you've overcome whatever great endorphin release. And

Drink 1-2tsp powdered tea for increased cardiovascular performance and stamina. Start low, as it can be "flooring" if not used to it.

Most if not all. Traditionally, it is a grassy green tea from select regions or "Matcha". The vast majority of bagged teas are mass produced, and Old. They will help less than the fresher, ~$10-15/pounds of good quality USDA organic from brands like Davidson's. Many " gunpowder" greens should be similar in taste, Davidson 's imperial green is a good sub to powder at home, too. More aromatic teas like Oolong, whites, and blacks will still have the same effect- we don't know which is best yet. Powdered blacks get a lot woodier, whereas whites/oolong can get extremely aromatic and resinous/sticky mouthfeel.

I agree with avoiding electronics in the bedroom, but, an electric blanket in a cold bedroom is a wonderful aid to sleep. I don't like a heated bedroom, but, by getting into a warm bed you can instantly relax, rather than 'wake yourself up, trying to warm the sheets by friction.

For the small initial cost of the blanket, mine cost ~£12 for a single, and the running cost, about the same as a 60 watt incandescent lightbulb ,which is minimal as I only put mine on for about a half hour before bed, the restfull sleep you get is well worthwhile.

You can make a battery work again by heating it up.

I had one of those annoying round silver watch batteries stop working on me and I've been using for months + now by heating it up before using it every time.

They are expensive lil buggers.  I found the best method was to stick it under the kettle while boiling.  Be safe tho!

Place lead acid car battery on stove top.  Connect to device.  Turn on cooker.  If it doesn't work it doesn't matter.  You will be dead or in sever pain.

The kids toy clicker guns can be taken apart and used as a flint. Throw them in your survival kit and you can use them to light fires, especially fast if you’re already using magnesium. A trigger is far easier than striking, unless you have one of those beast ferro rods, which are expensive. All you have to do is move the little metal clicker piece over to the side and hold the sparking lever down lightly, you’re good to go. Fire, good.
