getting kicked off the server (obe)

so for years i have tried to project myself astrally
and after i got the hang of it i consistently got to same point over and over

and jsut when i feel like im about to cross over
i literally feel like im getting kicked in the face and im completely sober next second..
my eyes open and im 100# awake the second after i was about to cross over
it happened for years im very persistent and tried and tried many different techniques but nothing worked


i have a strong feeling that someone is preventing me from having that experience

even with dmt i again got kicked off the server( i dont know how to better describe the feeling)
it was like some troll was holding the door from the other side and i could feel it too that it was unnatural

anyone have something like that happen?

Well your eyes open because of stimulation.. and a failure to relax..

DXM is great for obes.. second plateau and up..

I used to get kicked during the death state initiation during third plateau trips.. it was like all of a sudden my eyes open and I leave the state of death initiation..

yep thats exactly what happends to me

i get to same point for years

and at that point i get kicked right back and my eyes open im fully awake like wtf just happened i was right there

i literally feel like someone cut the connection off

why is this happening?

at one point i was on mush i had an amazingly pleasant trip.really connecting to everything around me
and i was in a shower and started digging deep and asking questions
closed my eyes and had a similar experience. was moving through space somewhere. then got suddenly kicked back
and like someone warned me that i shouldnt go where i was trying to go while im alive. i can only go there after death because that knowledge will change the reality (or something like that) it was very vague but very specific about not going there lol. i actually got scared for the first time during a trip and backed off
but then im very curious and will probably try again

I guess keep trying if you still feel compelled to. Maybe bring awareness do your bodily sensations when experiencing it. Maybe you get to0 excited or tense when you feel you are getting sucked in.

from my personal obe experiences which iv had quite a few but only a couple astral projections. iv noticed to get to the astral plane you have to let go completely. i know it sounds easier said then done or you've probley heard it a billion of times. but i always here the waves or vibrations ringing in my ears before hand and some times i get excited that I'm about to come out of my body and it just dies off .. its like once you start trying to control it or start feeling some type of way about it it will abort the mission.just stay neutral about it and don't listen to all the people that say " try doing this and that" like "try grabbing a rope and pulling your self up out of your body".. like no!!! that's bull shit.. the point is to not try any thing and don't control it. let the cord do its work.and youll soon be getting sucked into the vacuum of space and floating with the stars.. its absolutely amazing. good luck dude

I do remain neutral
at first I was excited and it was different coming out of it gradually as I kept trying to refocus

this is literally getting kicked off the server

I get vibrations etc i don't get exited anymore i don't expect to actually get there any more and then it just happens.

even with dmt.
i get kicked out lol don't understand why

I keep getting held back in my OBEs. Perhaps it's not time to see the other place(s) we are potentially "from". They are sacred, you have to be pure, only total death of the worldly, bodily self will enable you... and if we saw them, we wouldn't return to this multidimensional place willingly. Not until we see the beauty of this place, then, by exploring better and better states of mind/world, will we satisfy the higher power's criteria for not leaving here until we are ready. Perhaps some of us are never meant to leave, perhaps you can get there awake, too.

are you healthy? not trying to be like a health guru bcasue by no means am i all that healthy.(smoke cigs like a chimney and eat like shit,,,lately) I'm trying to stop or slow down on my vices and have a healthy relationship with them not just use them as a escape. iv pretty much stopped smoking weed.no refined sugars for a year plus. a few slip up of Corse  and...lol masturbating (sorry if that's to much info) and iv had so many waves and rings on the ears at night ever since i stopped that... maybe it has something to do with that? who knows.like beforethedawn said i feel like we have to be pure.. I'm going to get my body healthy and stop smoking cigs again and do a water fast for as long as i can go for because i would love to get back there and deep down i feel like that's what i need to do.. go insane for a little bit and rewire my brains reward system lol

Last night an opportunity came knocking. It was the usual simulacrum bedroom I see but there were rabbits running around it and biting me. Alice, who I didn't identify as Alice until I woke, was clasping my back with her rabbit claws.

Once again in this subroutine simulation I didn't know what to do to get out of the body. These things are tests, you have to think something to unlock your body and explore the broader reality.

Obviously all this connotes going down the rabbit hole - learning more about the mystery of the manifest world. What things, what people, await... I have already seen so much sober.

I think this waking world is also a subroutine in consciousness. Things can be worked out, even it can be eternally solved (enlightenment), such that you wake and sleep in a solved, eternal, perfect universe. All day, every day.

happened to me this morning.. only i heard the rings in my ears but only my arms and legs came out of my body. like my core was still held down by earths gravity and everything else was getting sucked into the vacuum. also what was weird it happened to me in a lucid dream.. where i was looking up at 2 ufos at a alan watts lecture with about 100 people in a room tripping on mushrooms and no one else saw the 2 disk hovering above us i was neutral about it because i was tripping (in my dream) and i know some weird shit happens when you trip.so i just laughed it off and tried explaining what was happening to me but it was like i was invisible to everyone but the person sitting next to me. . lol . weird... its only happened to me in a dream one other time. but i flew out of my body DOWN not up... into a void of nothing...waiting on something but it was just nothing. it was kind of peaceful though. figured i went down because i was very stressed out at that point in time and the rings were very low sounding. not the usual high pitched ones i hear when i go to the astral realms

tried again today
got to the buzzing ringing etc
hands felt weird
very sharp crystal visuals that i thought were the sharpest edges in the universe possible (perfectly sharp and smooth surfaces)

i could not get out
then a strange feeling that its not someone  kicking me out but that i absolutely should not leave the body. like im tied into it very strongly on purpose...
i was never been able to get hypnotized i tried 5 times different hypnotists

im always aware of reality even during the strongest trips.
when i was in high school i tried 2 bottles of dxm and was not leaving anywhere.

It is quite likely you are not suppose to travel your journey this way.
We seem to each have paths that suit our journey best, and not all people can travel the same path to get where you are going.

My husband has always been very attracted to the lucid dream & astral travel thing but he has been guided that it is not the path meant for his discoveries.

I on the other hand pop out of my body when fully awake if ungrounded, and have worked with dream energy pretty easily but I don't really have the drive to explore that way.

It might be that you would just use it to explore the astral and that isn't really going to teach you a lot. It's easy to be misled in the astral. Lots of ego and entities with ego to mix you up and lead you astray, there are better ways to receive guidance that is a bit more reliable.
