I just get things of mixed greens to snack on with salad dressing. Also baby carrots.

Been really loving this miso orange dressing lately, it's got a perfect blend of sweet and tangy. Makes salad greens delicious :crazy2:

I'm vegetarian so all I eat is veggies, fruit, nuts and so on with a little yogurt for calcium. And of course my fav veggie dark chocolate which I may have a bar a day. I eat plates of mixed veggies, mostly broccoli but also peas, rice, various grains, spinach, and maybe a little mushroom tossed in. Weighs out at over a lb about 18 to 20 oz

This morning I had a white organic sweet potato and some pizza. Sweet potatoes are better for you than white potatoes but you have to cook them for sure. For snacks I eat granola bars some with fruit some with nuts, oatmeal etc.

Avoid gmo, most corn is gmo so if its not organic you are eating frankenfood. I also eat a small package of blueberries per day, very nutricious food. Some fruit is mostly sugar but bb's are great <-- in tony the tiger's voice.

Avoid fast food its tasty but bad for you and puts on the calories like mad.
