Why is shroomery headlines dominated by new members posting questionable articles?

I'm sick of seeing the shroomery news/shroomery headlines section full of click baity 'news' articles, all being posted by new members.

noobs rolling out of bed seeing anything related to drugs whatsoever and feel they need to post it to our homepage. enough :shakefist:

OP, I assume the poster you're referring to is Tiberjuggaligger?
Yes, they are new, but they are one of the more intelligent posters on this site, at least in chemistry.
You may have  not read the threads I have in which they discuss chemistry.
They seem to know what they're talking about, so I trust them.

yeah I posted a little hastily, then looked at the headline section as a whole and noticed yeah its just one guy.

Went through all his posts and must've misssed the chem stuff, most of his posts on this site are to the headlines.

But yeah, maybe I should just mention it to him. Or maybe I'm being too picky

I feel the same way about Reddit and the app. I love browsing through their forums but I never contribute or post anything mostly because of how confusing the app was at first and because of all the post restrictions specific to individual forums like Zombi3 mentioned.
