fruiting cubes from ziplock bags ala oysters?

I'm wondering if one would be able to pack a ziplock bag full of spawned straw, cut some slits or X's in it, hang it in a humid environment (pmp?) and have it fruit well

I got the idea from this page:

Of course for cubes one would use straw rather than sawdust

after it colonizes you'll want to transfer it to a terrarium...Oysters are sgressive fruiters...they will escape what ever contains them, I had a jar of Oyster Mycelium and it worked its way out from under the lid...

Cubensis arent quite the escape artists that oysters are and will not seek openings to fruit from....other than that I would recomend several small Xs on one side and a cover of tyvek
