The guy was shooting from two different windows. In that video it sounds like he was probably moving between windows, which would cause the sound to vary. In the video, when the shots are loud, the cab driver is at the lobby and the shooter is probably shooting from the window facing her side of the building. When he was shooting from the other wide of the building, it is not as loud.

He is also using switching between differnt caliber weapons. Of course, the cab driver is also driving around, and the shots are obviously going to be louder when closer to the source

I don't find anything unusual about the sounds of the gun shots.

Also- nothing surprising about that receipt for 2, considering it is being reported that he was spotted with at least one hooker in the days before the shooting.

Those shots at 0:45 sure are strange. Even the taxi driver says it sounds further off. One possibility might be he's not shooting right by the window, but further back in the room. I'm not sure how much of a difference it would make though.
