a while ago i met this really sexy slut

i think the only real problems you need to be worrying about in cases like these are

A.) the high possibility/probability of STDs
B.) the possibility of pregnancy
C.) the pain you cause yourself by getting into self-abusive sexual encounters. like this one for instance... you are conscious enough that something is not right with the situation and you understand that it made you feel wrong for using this person as an object of sex. Its bad emotional baggage to be giving yourself
D.) the off-chance that these (assumed) purely sexual encounters could mean something completely different to the emotionally driven female as compared to your physically driven male desires.

Well in the first place you were not the one that had sex with her in a disrespectful manner ( well I'm advancing that it must have been a disrespectful sex session if she ended up in the hospital).

If it makes you feel bad then maybe you shouldn't do it. Was it worth the guilt and recrimination? Well then that's all good. If you're putting yourself in situations where you think you might not treat a woman with the love and compassion they deserve then that is a more serious issue, though.
