Mexis Jalisco - 5 Grain

Disclaimer: I'm new at this and this attempt at stones is part of my first grow.

I've read numerous posts about contams.  Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is Bacillus.
Is this due to temperatures being to hot?

If my intent is only for stones, can I let this go and see what happens? ..or do I need to get this out of my place asap?

Looks like your grains were really wet and its super bacterial but all tje stone grows ive seen always look gnarly

A guide that I got on this site states the he had better success not breaking it up when growing for stones.
Could that have been my problem, that I didn't shake?  It's def past 30% colonization, so maybe to late to do it now.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say OP used a syringe, and didn't use agar to clean it up.

Possible but look at the bottom left uncolonized batch of grain its gooey looks like he either loaded too wet, boiled wbs, or put water in the bag and pc'ed

Walk in closet.

Turned the AC off.  Sprayed the shit out the closet with Lysol. Waited an hour and sprayed again.  An hour later, I cleaned the floor (tile) and walls with rubbing alcohol, resprayed with lysol.  Showered, put on clean clothes, long sleeve shirt, gloves, mask, beanie. Sprayed myself with Lysol. Wiped down Everything with alcohol that was going into the closet, once in the closet, wiped everything down again with alcohol. Sterilized the needle, flamed till glowing. 5cc into this bag and 5 into another (I tossed that out, started to see a grayish/green on a couple grains). I also had a UVC lamp (not the cheesy handheld wand) about 4" away while injecting.
This is the same process I used to noc my jars which was about 3 wks earlier. No issues with the jars except one which took off in the first three days. Even-though I'm new, I knew that shit wasn't right and tossed it. Taking no chances.
So yeah, that's my noc process

Syringe from a vendor. Same vendor I bought the syringes for my jars.

I bought two of these bags. The one I tossed looked more moist than the other when I received them.
Each bag was 3lbs and required 3-5cc's. I noc'd with 5cc each mainly because I didn't want to throw away a syringe with 4cc left in it.

This bag looked fine until about 3/4wks after noc.

Ya thats weird they look super wet its cheaper to buy your own grain wild bird seed is like 12$ for 40lbs and whole oats are anywhere from 10$ to 18$ for 50 lbs

Could be shit pre prepped grains, or the fact that syringes carry bacteria, or both! I say prep your own grains, as we can help you take that variable out over time. The 2nd is if your using a syringe, go PF tek/variations. 3rd, just get some pasty plates and get something cleaner to start with.

I plan on it but this is my first grow and just wanted to see if I could. I went the easy way.

I don't have a pressure cooker so that needs to happen.

I'm leaning toward just letting it play out and see what it does. If it doesn't produce I'll try again. No big deal, live and learn. I'm on a mission to grow some Jalisco Sclerotia. Not giving up.

Any issues with it contaminating jars in the same closet?

watch craigslist for pressure cookers and even jars. Till you could run some half pint PF jars, you can steam those in a large pot for like 2 hours.

Nope, bacteria will not hurt the jars. If it can get out, then that's how it got in.

craigslist and flea markets are my plan. I'm in the Tampa bay area and there are a few good sized ones, I might get lucky.
