Indiscrete, bulk grow tek

Hey, i'm planning on growing some cubes in a tupper wear of some sort.
It's gotta be pretty low key, and dorm room suitable.

I've tried the simple PF tek once before, and didn't really like it.
Can anyone suggest a good tek which does not include making cakes?

you really need to make cakes, of some size, for any indoor tek. sorry dude, there is no easy answer to it. i have a friend who did knocked some straw up without cakes or a PC, but i wouldn't touch the shrooms he had, too risky for contams IMHO.

for grains you need a PC.
I use rye grass seed instead of BRF.
For every person you tell 10 will Know.
Growing a little buzz worth fucking up your Ed.Think about it.

You can do cased rye grain in jars and upperware.

Aint that the truth.  Your roomate WILL tell people.  If you are serious, you wont.  And if you are really really serious about growing in a dorm room and not getting expelled/jail time then you need to grow on your roomates side if at all possible.  Never have printed material on your person or in your belongings in your dorm.  Admit to nothing.  :smile:  "I thought HE was doing a experiment thing"

Do not grow mushrooms in your dorm please.  You would be doing me a great service.  Wait, patience is key anyway.

If you live in a dorm and don't want to make cakes, I suggest the Go Buy Some Shrooms Tek. Its easy, safer than growing in your school and only costs as much as you want to spend!

i agree with these guys. You are crazy if you think that you can grow in a dorm room an have noe one find out. your best bet, would be something that doesnt look like shrooms. like mexicana B. you can just keep them in the dark in the jar and harvest the growth from time to time.

look into the instant grow kits. I think they are illegal in the US but all u had to do if my memory serves me was press a button. I'm sure with some creative thinking you might be able to obtain one of these. Also, pre-sterilized mycobags would work as well. This way you do not have to make the grain up, simply just inject it and incubate. Although I would not suggest growing in the dorm room.

Man, knock up some Psilocybe azurescens and create an outdoor patch somewhere; it can be massive, requires no upkeep at all and if it's discovered, can't be linked to you. :tongue:

You will have to knock up a couple a azurescens jars in the first place though... :sad:

dude.... azures!!! for a first time grower??  I think thats alot of work for a noob. 

thread starter - I recommend you use PF cakes, then crumble them up and casing them... thats your best bet. there s nothing you can do in a small room that would get you any bigger yields*.



Of course there is always bulk with straw and compost/manure. I am taking it he doesn't have access to such things to do such a thing. :wink:

Discrete+dorm=impossible. You would have to be in cahoots w/ your roommate(s). Pressure cooking grain/pasteurizing bulk sub is not something that can be done discretely in a dorm at all :smirk:. Try finding someone living in a house that would be willing to help you out :grin:. My secret to dorm living:  :beer: :beer: :beer:... :beer: :yawn: :beer: :beer: :beer:.

Invitro. Tell nobody, put 12 invitro halfpints in the back of a drawer. And after that... tell nobody still. And once you harvest... TELL NOBODY! I grew Salvia in my room last year, so I didn't really care if people knew, but word spread that I was doing it.

Nothing can be more discrete than invitro. Grow them and then just tell people that some dude in your faculty sold them to you.
