I use a password that gets me to the 2nd stage of ProtoMan's Castle and at the end of the level I face Dark Man 1 (green). He has a fast cannon, he moves toward you and it's hard to jump over him! They say water wave is his weakness, but that was even difficult!

Very interesting. MegaMan games were always my second favorite, behind the Mario games of course. I've been contemplating getting the NES Classic. It has MegaMan 2 on it but not 1,3,4 or 5. It also has ExciteBike.
What's the password?

I'd like to get an NES classic as well. Never really got into the Megaman games but I might give them another shot.

Mega Man is he ultimate side scroller closely followed by Mario and Contra. Mega Man 2 is one of the hardest games I have ever played.

I enjoyed playing them but was never really good at them. My brother was like Rain Man when it came to MegaMan though, so I used to spend hours watching him play. I would rather watch him play than play myself; much more entertaining than watching myself die every 2 minutes ha!
Come to think of it, I think I may get him an NES Classic for Christmas. BOOM! only $59.

you can get all the games on disc for ps2 or gamecube
megaman X sereis too but there are some issues with the slide manuevor on gamecube i thought X was easy until i picked it up again the X games are definitely harder and I've beaten every single one
megaman 2 is probably the best one from a design standpoint

Don't get an nes classic. Get a raspberry pi for $40 and program it to have 800 nes games.

Mega man 2 is not actually that hard if you know all of the tricks. Each boss has a weakness so have to know when to use each power. Metal man is overpowered so it's good to use against a lot of bosses.

I have a couple of raspberry pi computers already (A+ and zero). I still would kind of like a NES classic, or at least one or two of the controllers to use for Wii.

NES game we're (still are) so fucking hard. I love them.
Today's game are so fucking easy I don't even play anymore. I played the Batman Asylum shit or whatever and I had to follow a guy's smell or some shit and they had me follow green puff clouds.... Paint an arrow on the ground why don't you?
Then the're these game with a radar and the bottom of the screen to tell you exactly where to go.... Fail.... The only games I want to know where to go are racing games...
And then there's even worse... Game where you character ha to do something pecial (open a valve or some shit) and they put on the screen "Press X repeatedly and twist your joystick"... Hey thanks for not letting me figure anything out by myself!
NES, SNES, N64 forever!
