Refresh Issues?

Hey guys,
I constantly have to hit refresh because the forum won't show that I'm logged in our it won't update the posts. It's become quite a nuisance to have refresh every time i want to look at a forum, look at a post, or type a reply.
Any ideas?

your browser may be set up to refresh only once per session, or not at all... you can set the options to refresh every time you visit...

I delete my cookies whenever Im not using my internet for privacys sake, so thats not it.
