Main Index isn't refreshing

Main Index for forums isn't refreshing automatically when if though you click on it.
Try posting something then go to Main Index and you'll notice than an older post shows up first (as the most recent post).

Nothing has changed which would affect this and it still works okay for me... try clearing your cookies.
