Is this alright?

My cat has this cake, and two mushrooms on it are completely mature. I want to eat them fresh. Is it ok to leave the mature mushrooms on the cake to keep them fresh until friday? It is wednesday night right now, i just want to make sure they wont loose potency. Also thursday and friday its supposed to snow, and i really want to trip in the snow. Peace.

You should be OK. As long as the RH is up there, they will keep for ya! Trippin' in the snow is fantastic! :laugh:

Alright, i will try to keep the humidity up. Not all of the mushrooms are mature so it should be fine until friday afternoon.
