Found a pet store not too far away that has Sonoran Desert toads, thinking about picking one up. Thoughts?

Only dermorphin from phyllomedusa frogs. Wouldn't recommend it, short rush followed by something similar to a shitty codeine high.

Other than that, it's very difficult to accurately measure dosage. so I would highly recommend against it.

Only if you make sure the toads skin comes in contact with the inside of your urethra. It wont work  through the transdermal route that is why you should plug the toad.

If you want to reuse the toad you will have to get a friend to give it air with a bicycle pump while its up there. The agitation provided by the toad will help distribute the 5-meo-DMT throughout your lower digestive tract. Increased surface area means more 5meo will diffuse through your rectal tissue and reach the brain. but remember the further up it goes the harder you will trip so be careful.

To get the toad out you must eat alot of brussel sprouts or beans and when you the gas starts the toad will be shot out of you.

In that case make sure your penis is moist and slightly acidic so that it will dissolve alkaloids. You can test your PH with PH papers. I would suggest citric acid or acetic acid. Have a base on stand by incase the PH gets too low and it starts to hurt.

Honestly though the amount of 5meo one can hold on their falice is extremely limmited and plugging the toad is the best option in terms of getting more bang for your buck.

Those would still be illegal though.  So then, you might have Mexican drug mules smuggling large quantities of condoms across the border though.  And then stores would have to have databases keeping track of how many condoms you purchased in the recent past.

The last time I heard of someone actually extracting from a toad they never logged on again and everyone thought he/she died . That person had a stupid extraction method but still I wouldn't take that risk.
