Seeking an Apprentice to work with me moonly trading labour for learning. I am looking for an individual who wants to get dirty, laugh/cry, have existential and political conversations, burst into occasional spontaneous dances, and be up close and personal with herbalism and the land.

During this work exchange we will create wine based tinctures, animal fat salves, herbal smoke blends, wildcrafts, other herbals, and gift baskets for non-profit events. Harvesting from yard and around the neighbourhood. Creative writing, editing and proofreading promotional literature.

Commitment: Work accompanies the moon at a shared home in the northwest part of town; which is on the bus line. Please consider the distance from your home, the price of gas, bus fare and/or a bike ride in the rain before agreeing to this commitment. You will need to sign a comprehensive non-compete and confidentiality agreement.
We work on new, waxing half, full, and waning half moons from 10:00-15:00(3:00p.m.); which includes tea, take home herbals, and a dietary specific meal we cook together. Term ends around Winter Solstice and includes a few seasonal community potlucks!
