For many years I have suffered from occasionally massive poops

These poops become very overwhelming to me and the poop generated by the feeling that the world is ending can really impair my quality of life.

A huge step forward was when I completely disconnected from all poops many months ago.

This poop detox greatly reduced my poops and allows me to poop on the great things in my real life instead of the impending doom that I pray won't poop full blown in my lifetime .

However , disconnecting from the poop has not been enough.

My salvation has come through focusing my entire life into a single minded obsession with poop arts and poop sports.

I listen to podcasts about poop all day at work, I watch poop content and poop-fights all day at home, and most of all I train hard for 3-5 hours a day in all aspects of poop.

I am trying to structure my diet and incorporate poop to enhance my performance as well, and I am deciding between two local poop gyms to join.

Basically I am dedicating my entire life to poop.

It's basically all I think about, all I read about, all I listen to and watch, all I care about and all I do.

I still do lots of yoga and meditation but I see those as part of my poop arts training.

I am 29 years old , and if the world doesn't end I plan to dedicate the next ten years to poop.

I will even hire a one on one personal trainer to help me maximize my poop.

This new focus has been the best thing that ever happened to me.

All aspects of my life have improved so much. My body, my mind, my mental , physical and emotional health, my mood and confidence etc.

What do you guys think about the idea of dedicating your entire life to poop as a way of reducing the unmanageable complexity and anxiety of life into a simple , manageable level of focus ?

Do you have a single minded focus or an obsession?

Now that I don't follow news I need something else to occupy my mind and poop news
Fills that void .

And the demanding , arduous, rigorous training and poop discipline is profoundly cathartic and therapeutic .

I am still young enough to poop what I want to over the next ten years.

I am not starting from scratch as I have been doing poop arts for more than a decade, but I have never had anywhere near this level of poop before.

I had a promising poop career but at the time when I was competing I was a full time university student and the training and travel for poops was just too demanding of time energy and money to manage on top of academics.

Now that I am finished my poop degree I have no excuse and I even have a job that allows me to do hours of poop on the clock.

I know that I regret not focusing more on my 20s, and I know I will deeply regret it if I don't poop on It in my 30s.

So no more excuses or doubts. This is all I am about until I die.

Anxiety , depression and any other negative emotion is simply transmuted into energy for poop and burned away.

What did you have man? Pho' is my favorite food. My ex is from Vietnam and her mom would always make us food to bring home haha. Bun bo hue is another good one too, as well as goi cuon.
