So there are UVA rays and UVB rays. UVB rays give you vitamin d, UVA rays penetrate the skin and can cause cancer.
Most suncreens only block the good UVB rays and dont even stop the bad UVA rays.

Use natural oils.

This guy also goes on about how sunglasses are bad too.

UVB is much more harmful. More UVA reaches the ground than UVB, but it doesn't damage DNA as readily.

Life causes cancer . You just can't keep racking up mituations to your DNA without getting a tumor eventually.

UVB is the one that's actually necessary to produce vitamin D and isn't harmful in small amounts.

The point here is regular suncreen is doing a lot more harm than good.

If you put on SPF 60 you'll get the small amount you need.

I remember reading somewhere that high doses of capsaicin can cause cancer cells to spontaneously commit suicide

Any truth to this?
