Gary Johnson is on the Joe Rogan podcast. 2 and a half hour conversation with him for those interested. Its cool to see these guys just having a conversation for a extended period of time.

Yeah its a good time killer. I don't really believe anyone is a great fit for president. Not even Johnson, but the fact that they sit down and have a normal conversation that bounces between political hot topics and perspectives. It is refreshing, compared to timed debates on media networks that usually become sloppy where points get side stepped or public smearing of other candidates becomes the default response.

I would like to see more of these extended, uninterrupted talks in hopes of watching these candidates hold their ground and giving the public a more rounded perspective of what they stand for.

I can tell you with a 100% certainty that whoever wins your state won't win by one vote so you may as well vote your conscience or not vote at all.

I'll probably vote for one of the 2 evils. Or maybe Someone I know won't win probably like Johnson.Shit I'll kick in my vote for Johnson it won't matter anyway. Last I checked Clinton has something like 2,200 delegates and 200 super delegates votes. It'll probably be Clinton v Trump and I hate both of them. I just have to weigh my options.

Would you rather have a military dictatorship . I would do very well under such leadership would you?

Depends on the civic situation, probably would be fine

Not sure it makes any difference at all if we have a dictatorship, or a big fucking lie. Our advances in quality of living don't come from our fake voting system.

:qblock::homerlurk:

It doesn't say anything about it having to go to the political party, they can return it to donors, and donate it to charity - two things that are vastly more likely to happen than Bernie donating millions to the DNC at this point :lol:

Quote:
Here's what a campaign committee is allowed to do with any lingering cash: it can donate the funds to charities or political parties; it can contribute $2000 per election to other candidates; and it can save the money in case the candidate chooses to run again. However, those regulations don't apply to the relatively new super PACs (Political Action Committees); this is only the second election where they have played a role, and there are currently no rules to stipulate what happens to that money beyond that it cannot go to fund another federal candidate. Much of that money tends to be returned to its original donors, used to wrap up the failed campaign, or donated to back a state-level candidate. The goal, however, is always to spend all of that money.
