Gabapentin OTC Germany

Hello friends,

I'm travelling to Germany soon and I'm wondering if I can buy Gabapentin (Neurontin) over the counter without a prescription. Anyone got any experience?

I live and Germany and probably not.
Germany is not only stricter with basic drugs, they are also stricter with what they prescribe.
Germany still has Apothecaries, the aren't built into grocery stores like in the states. (Apotheke) so to get any "over the counter drug" you need to ask the pharmacist for it.

EVEN FOR ASPIRIN.

So seeing that ibuprofin is a behind the counter drug here
I would hedge my bets that what you are seekign would only be
available through a prescription (verschreibung)
