I learned in peychology class back in my college days that doing "ragey" things makes people more prone to violence and or aggression.

Basically, working out can have its moments of controlled rage (like going for your max bench one rep) and being an aggressive state of mind makes u more aggressive overall. Varies between people of course.

Also Psychonautica is right: high levels of testostorne increases your risk of prostate cancer. wouldnt hurt to get checked out.

Dude just be happy with who you are, stop trying to fit into whatever whim of the day tells you a man should be.

This alpha stuff operates like a cult, man. Toss a few universal truths in there (Plenty women like confident men) and then build a whole house of delusions on top of that.

When you were direct with a woman and scored a date or whatever happened, you were confident in yourself and your value as a romantic partner.
It had nothing to do with being alpha and going to the gym and shit.

Besides, if you want to work out, why pay for it? Take a second job that requires a lot of lifting, that way they be PAYING you to make gains.
