Testosterone Levels Going Insane?

I started lifting heavy recently to put more muscle on, and also taking 5000 IU of vitamin D3. The last couple of weeks I've felt insanely good, but at the same time i have this rage inside me. Like I just want to beat the shit out of someone, but in a good way


Maybe the combination of the 2 ?  Anyone else experience a sort of "rage" when lifting / exercising more?

Weird :shrug:

And I fully expect them troll comments. Bring it on fuckers!

What's d3 have to do with testosterone?

Have you had your testosterone levels tested?

I used to lift a lot, can't say I felt an increase in anger/rage. Actually I'm more irritable as a couch abusing drug potato.

Regulates a lot of hormones and is a type of hormone itself. I imagine its something to do with it. Not sure on the exact science / dont care to look it up for you.


And no i haven't had it checked in a while, but a year ago everything was perfect. If i remember right one of my posts has my blood test results . Clinically perfect

I take 500 MCG B12 and D3. That's it



I was getting really pissy with my  mom today too for no reason at all. Had to bury that shit lol

High testosterone is a sign of prostate cancer bruh.

You should definitely head to a doctor and get checked.

It's not really a bad type of anger, it feels good, its just something I haven't experienced before. Just gona conclude my body is like "fuck yeah" i guess.

I've used steroids properly for 20 years and don't get anger issues.  I think if any kind of drug brings out a angry side, it is something that is already buried in your psyche.

I have friends that drink and immediately turn into the nastiest people, or if people go into a rage on psychedelics, same thing. It's something that's already there...
