Sup guys?  Cleaned out my car finally.  Kinda gave up on it for a while after I drove up this forest road and jammed gigantic logs into it for a fire down below.  Nice to have 5 useable seats again haha.  Just cleanin up my place and listening to some boc.  Pretty relaxing.  It got thoroughly trashed after some biscuits afterparties.

Just bought a ticket to Bonnaroo this year. I've avoided going to it in the past because I've heard it's crowded and hot, but this year I live an hour away from it and the line up is a lot of stuff I enjoy. Snagged a ticket and convinced a buddy back in CO to buy one today as well.

It is definitely super crowded and super fucking hot.  I went back in 07.  The dust was waaaay out of control and shade extremely sparse.  I got in line Wednesday night and was still a decent way away from the stage area.  From walking around, there appeared to be tents 2+ miles away.  I swore to never return if the lineup doesn't rival that year.  Some of the worst drugs I've ever seen at a festi and a very hit or miss crowd.  A seizeable police presence as well.  I would HIGHLY recommend an RV.  I went to bed around 500 each night and awoke to a tent that was a thousand degrees at like 630.  Tough to rage night after night on 1.5 hours of sleep and limited napping.

Yeah, I've never been to Bonaroo but this is basically what I've heard it's like as well.

Not too worried about police presence as far as searches might go as I'll probably just going to bring some L and DMT for personal use. I'm not worried about getting caught with anything that is, whether their presence will be a nuisance is another story. I'm mostly adjusted to this climate at this point as well, so I'm not worried about the heat (will carry a camel back too).

Suppose the big thing is whether or not it will be a huge poppy shit fest or a chill jam festival with lots of psychedelic kind of acts. The line-up says the latter (or perhaps I'm cherry picking), but it's up to the execution of the environment in the end I suppose.

I may go to some other festivals this summer as well. I feel like being this close to Nashville means I should probably check out Bonnaroo though.

I've shaved once in my life.

Fuck that shit. Shaving is a ton of upkeep, you gotta do it every day. I trim my beard like once every 2-4 weeks.

I killed a bottle of wine tonight. Then I killed 2 12 ounce beers, now I'm gonna crack open a 24 ounce I just bought after I press continue and post this shitpost.

The lineup looks extremely mediocre.  Hardly a chill jam festi.  Strap yourself in for a poppy experience.

See that's the thing. That's the scruffy beard. To trim it and keep it maintained for the ladies it take a bit of upkeep. It's not that tough tbh I just never wanted a beard
