Just off the top of my head:

Spring Breakers had a great soundtrack.  In that, it used music I don't really like but made it awesome in the context of the movie.

Blade Runner.  Very warm and bendy synths, Boards of Canada do a similar thing.

Gummo.  I love when death metal is used in a soundtrack, because it's so rare.  That scene in Ace Venture with Cannibal Corpse is the best thing ever.

Lost Highway.  Cool industrial grooves.

Hahaha, Boobies Wonderland?  What a name.

Soundtrack was pretty good, movie was really average I thought.  The guy who did the soundtrack, Disasterpiece, did the soundtrack to Fez, which is awesome.

I'm more into movie scores than the soundtrack, but I also really liked the soundtrack to the movie Natural Born Killers.

OP, you ever watch anything that isn't anime?  All the threads you make are anime related.  "best movie villian", "best movie lines" "favorite tv series", etc.

I haven't seen NBK in a while and can't remember the soundtrack, that movie is just wild though.

Trent Reznor was the music director for NBK, back before he was scoring movies for David Fincher.  The NBK soundtrack is good because of how eclectic it is.  It's got all kinda of rock, some instrumentals, some gangsta rap, country stuff, tunes from the 50s, indie stuff, etc etc.  Real wide selection of songs to fit the movies varied scenes and moods.

That's cool, Reznor was involved in Lost Highway soundtrack as well.

Yeah, that's right.  I'd forgotten that.

When I was in 8th grade, the movie The Crow came out, and I loved the soundtrack at the time.  Don't know how it holds up, but it had NIN, the Cure, My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult, Rollins Band, Pantera, Stone Temple Pilots, etc.

What's that song that plays in The Crow when Brandon Lee catches a feather in his mouth?

It's called "Feathers" by the band Feathers, off their self-titled album.

Oh yeah, of course. It's a shame they cut it from Back to the Future 2 but I think there was some copyright bullshit between their label and the movie distributors. Either way, probably the best song ever written.

My favourite scene in the film is when Brandon Lee travels into the future and kills that fag from the Sinister movies.

I think he also kills Batman for stealing his logo outlined in flames thing, but I can't remember.

Yeah, you're remembering it correctly.  The Crow ends up ridiculing Batman for modeling his lifestyle after a featherless creature and eventually kills him with blood loss after meticulously inserting 5000 mouth-caught feathers under the Batman's skin.  It's on the Director's Cut.

I like Goodfellas because they use popular music from all those different decades. Also the movie goes at super high speed so the musical clips are short. I can't remember the scene, but I really liked George Harrison's "What is Life"
One of my friends complains that Scorcese used Gimme Shelter in 3 different movies. I think you have to take them all separately and that still is arguably the greatest song ever about impending doom.
And I know I said this before, but the scene at the bar when they play the opening of Cream's "Sunshine of Your Love" while De Niro is just making facial expressions while he decides how many of his partners from the Lufthansa robbery he needs to kill, is one of the greatest nonverbal scenes ever.
And the piano portion of Layla is forever changed, in my mind because of the garbage truck scene.

And Zappa said Reservoir Dogs. Who is ever going to listen to "Stuck in the Middle with You" and not think of Michael Madsen dancing towards the cop with his straight razor. If I'm standing up or playing pool I start imitating that dance whenever it gets played on the jukebox.

The best scene in Goodfellas is when Joe Pesci says, "You think I'm a feather? Like I'm a fucking pigeon? Like I'm here to make you fly?"

i'm surprised nobody's mentioned peter gabriel's soundtrack for scorsese's "the last temptation of christ"  yet (titled passion) yet. this and vangelis' score for "blade runner" are my top two.
