Girl is coke (usually IV quality), and boy is heroin. When ordering speed balls people often say "two girls and a boy" or "two boys and a girl" depending on how you like your shot.

The strangest I've heard is "La" for middle grade outdoor weed. That seemed to be localized to only the Virginia coast, but nobody called it anything other than la. Confused the hell out of me at first.
