M1 is a WWII rifle with a pretty big caliber. I believe you're suggesting to deal with intimidation in the work place you're advocating bringing a big gun.

I decided to delete my post but I don't know how, and I was screwing around and accidentally put a second random character msg

I agree an M1 would solve this particular situation

Be forewarned, even joking about felonies in this section can cause disciplinary action. I received such action by suggesting (in an obviously joking manner) that a poster is fucked an being watched by the cops so he should burn his house down and move to Mexico. The official warning was "do not advise someone to commit arson".

Not really, they just pick and choose when to apply them. I imagine they have shitty days and then feel the need to validate themselves and become nazi-esque in their rule. (inb4 Godwin's law)

Report the guy to the boss. Giving in to fear is not worth it.

I would never rat on anybody. I would rather fight him and lose my job than rat

Practice being aware of when it is that you feel intimidated and learn to ignore the feelings and move along with your life.
