One of my cuttings has grown a hard bubble

Trichocereus Scopulicola, this bubble has appeared underneath the hardened callous, after 1 week drying with 3 days of fan blowing on it at the beginning. The bubble is raised, hard same as the callous, not squishy. But it appears to be growing.

I've tried to get an angle in the second shot to show how it's raised up to make a 'bubble'.
Do I need to worry about this?

if its growing yes. Wait for more experienced people to chime in, but Id say monitor it a little longer, and if it is for sure spreading, cut it out.

I'd give it another cut just to be in the safe side. That's just me. Doesn't look malignant but

ok, I'll wait for a 1 or more opinions before cutting it, I've already cut the poor log twice. I'll just observe this bubble for now. When i said growing, i meant in raised size, because the dark spot is roughly the same diameter, it was just flat and looked kike surface before.

sounds like you have no problem them. Since it was more of a fresh cut, I believe what you are describing is the majority of the callous is pulling back as it dries. This one raised spot is not. It sounds more normal. Keep an eye on it anyway.
