I find that a good, shakable WBS with proper water content can be attained through soaking seeds 12 hours and skimming most sunflower seeds and other floaties off the top, rinsing and straining. I think that soaking allows bacterial endospores to germinate, which will all be killed during Pressure cooking; plus it gets just the right amount of water into the WBS. :smile:
