It is. Us PA men have the biggest dicks in the country, so it's easier to pull through the short's leg to pee than it is to try to get it through the fly.

yeh thought so they make some cool stuff sometimes. I had like one shirt that was an american flag stripes like in a spade and jus said lucky n thought it was cool shirt but it got ruined at work
