Selling my Xbox 360 Slim, downgrading to PS2 * 1

I'm in need of $ lately, and I very rarely play my Xbox anymore, so I'm selling it to someone on CL along with a bunch of games.

A while ago my cousin gave me a free PS2, and all it needs is a controller. So, I'm about to buy a controller for it, or maybe even two.

Don't you guys think that's hardcore to switch from an Xbox 360 to a PS2? I was never even a fan of Playstation's either.

What do you think?

I used to play ps2 all the time growing up, now I use Xbox one.

Game suggestions for you (awesome games I played): Dynasty warriors 3, Star wars Battlefront (1-2), Burnout 3 takedown

I would keep the Xbox. How much do you really think you're going to get for a 360 and a few games? Like $50?

Also I'm way more hardcore playing my SNES. Final fantasy III is the shit.

You should get these games for it, they kick ass.





I got a used PS2 at one point but it stopped reading the discs. There are PS2 emulators but you need a pretty good computer.

I would sell the box if you really want to.
Youll have a lower quality system, which means youll likely play less video games.
Ps2 is really cool and has great games. But expect lower quality, lower graphics.

An xbox 360 on craigslist with some games you'll probably only get $80-100. I say keep the xbox... but if you need money bad then obviously you gotta do what you gotta do. Get backyard wrestling, gta san andreas, 25 to life, GUN, & BLACK for your play station. I'll keep updating this post when I think of more games.

Grab a NES and play it if it makes you happy...

They make combo units that will play multiple platforms...  Get one of those.  Then install an emulator or two on your PC.

PS2 is badass. That's the last system I even got. Get some FFX action going.

If its a fat ps2 you can soft mod it all you need is 007: Agent Under Fire,a blank CD and an old gift card to cut up into a key to open the tray. Once you have it softmodded you can put a hard drive in it and run games from the hard drive which load MUCH MUCH faster in comparison. I've got a little over 200+ PS2 games on it, plus you can run emulators below N64 on it :smile:

I have lots more enjoyable memories on my ps2 then the 360..a far stretch money wise but the ps3 is still king in my book. Also if you do go with ps2 use a older style tv, the graphics on lcd look fuzzy and junk. I recomemnd Shadow of the Colossus, will keep you entertained. 

Open an donation account or something i'm sure some people would throw you some bones.

I sold my xbox360 cuz I didn't play it either a while back.

Then I bought a ps3 which was a mistake and sold it a week later.

Then I got a gamecube which was cool for a while, but then I sold it to get money back.

Then I ended up another xbox360 again. After my vision quest I realized it was a mistake to sell the xbox even if I didn't play it cuz I still use it for netflix and all my friends have xbox.

I also bought an N64 so now I have that going for me which is nice.

Also planning on getting an xbox one soon to get dark souls 3. Hadn't planned on getting it until I heard that was coming out.
