First time rave this weekend and wanna get some acid/shrooms

Ok so im gunna go to a rave this weekend in L.A because i wanna get some acid or shrooms(my town is so fuckin dry and fed up with months of looking)plus it'll be something to do. What im wondering is ive never been to one b4 so what can i expect? Are people just in a big drug frenzy at these raves? Oh well, i guess i'll find out soon enough for myself but until then gimmie your input and give me some advice so i can get my acid :crazy2:

Prolly not a drug frenzy...believe it or not, people do go for socializing and music and dancing, not just to get fucked up.
Good luck, you're gonna need it.
And try to have fun, not just look for tripping items.... there's soo much more to the scene than that...

Raving is always a great xperience whether ur fucked up or not, it all depends on you as a individual, and your ability to have a good time.

The first few raves I went to were just drug parties but after a few I started recognizing people and it turned out to be a social thing. I would recommend something other than mush/acid for a first time at a rave unless you are quite experienced at handling yourself on psychedelics in a fast paced, noisy and cramped place with lots of people. other than that have a great time!

You gotta get to know some people to get some psychedellics. Make some friends, go to a couple of raves. Get some numbers and hang out with people outside of raves if ya want connects. Look out for people selling fake acid. Its gonna be dark in there, and hard to check your stuff out. Look out for security. I dont know how the LA scene is out there, but out here, you will never be offered acid. You have to ask around, people you know! E you could probably get at your first rave. Shrooms are non-existant because out here you get searched at the door. Shrooms are hard to hide. People dont like them at raves either, cause of naseau. Dont go for drugs, because you might be disappointed. Remember, all those people probably know each other, and you are the new kid. Some mite think you are undercover, some mite think you are there just lookin for drugs, either way..... Good luck with that attitude. If you are really just looking for drugs, you are probably better off going to a jamband show. :lol:

Thanks for the info so far guys. Dont get me wrong my main reason is to get acid/shrooms but hey at the very least if i dont get anything i could just dance and have a good time with my friends. :laugh:

That's what i'm sayin...ya can tell when they just want the substances....i tend to shy away from those types....very bad vibe most of the time..

Yeah they kind of stand around and have a look of disappointment. And I can tell the difference between if someone is mad or disappointed cause it isnt a drug-supermarket, or if they are disappointed cause they dont like the music (not as bad). :lol:

Psychedellics are all a big trip man, keep on travelling and you will find. Dont stay home on weekends. If you're broke, find a free party. (usually better anyways.) Get there early to ensure goods, and once you go to a few parties, you'll know who to ask.

I'm telling you, I dont know LA, but no shrooms in the scene, except for campout massives......

shrooms rule at a rave i can see reverse tracers pre-placing my destined dance move. To tell ya the truth you will find everything at a party in portland. 2-cb, acid, shrooms, coke, E, and a long list of other research chems.

your first rave? Take it from a hardcore raver, do E and you'll come out with a ton of friends. From there seek the connections. If you can dance really well it will help you a lot.

If there's one thing you can count on being at rave's it's drugs.. I'm very much against the dirrection raves have gone.. Most company's are just out to make money and it's not going to change as long as there's people willing to give up there money.. They should all be free and everyone should be involved with throwing them with out expecting anything back in return beside's knowing that you were a part of something that trancend's all physical and mental boundry's.. To me rave's don't exist.. Just the people that go to them do.. You have 1000's of kid's now calling themselve's raver's that have excepted someone else's defintion for them based on a party that happened 15 year's ago and promoter's who think that there demi god's because they managed to throw a few partie's.. It's stopping the world from evolving..

Thats why I'm saying the free parties are always better. More intimacy, you can actually get to know someone and be their friend. Massives we get like car loads of people and I only see the people I went with like once or twice the WHOLE nite :lol:

There crap.. Honestly there party's don't even compare to the party's I go to now.. There's a psychedelic revolution going on right underneathe everyone's nose's.. It's an evolution of the rave scene but you have to be able to let go of the old conceptions of rave's to really experience it.. It's time to die and be reborn.. Don't be afraid of change embrace it and everything should be OK..

Some are big drug hangouts, most aren't even tho there are drugs there. You might wanna get some X if you cant trip...theres a reason most people at raves are rolling and not tripping, kinda hard to explain tho until you've tryed it :pill2:
