Old Polls Not Compatible with Upgrade...

All polls made before the recent upgrade are incompatible with the new board software. Polls have been completely reworked in UBB.threads 6.4, and not only use different scripts, but the entire database structure has changed as well.

The new polls include much more functionality, and work much better, but sadly we will probably have to say farewell to our old polls. In the future, there may be a utility for converting the old poll data to the new format, but we shouldn't count on it.

It should also be noted that polls may only be made as part of a new thread. To make a poll create a new thread, and check the box for " Add a poll to this post," and etner the number of "Total questions." 1 question = 1 poll, as we can now have multiple questions (each with multiple answers) in a poll. After clicking on the submit button you will be asked a number of questions about your poll. Including the options for each question, and several parameters for poll operation.
