umm... depends who is watching now don't it? I get upset when I am watching and I see a dive.

and again its not accepted -- just like in football when someone gets caught (okay its harder to catch someone because the amount of contact required to draw a penalty is much less in soccer than in other sports) with cllear evivence they get penalized i.e. a yellow card.
