Trichocerus Peruviana x pachanoi troubleshooting
    #21693035 - 05/18/15 12:12 AM (8 years, 8 months ago)

I saved these cacti from a friend who didn't take much care of them they spend a long time in a window seal and were rarely watered. So far I have them outside in part time sunlight I'd say around 6 hours a day which I've been working to adjust them to. But they aren't looking too good to me any suggestions?

Got a pic? What exactly isn't doing well?

One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree.
'Which road do I take?' she asked.
'Where do you want to go?' was his response.
'I don't know', Alice answered.
'Then', said the cat, 'it doesn't matter.'

The brownish ones seem to have gotten a little darker scince I've put them out side (purple color) I'm hoping they aren't sunburned to death. If the are how can I help them?

Reduce their amount of direct daily sunlight if sunburn is your concern. That's what I would do for these guys, then gradually over a few weeks move em back into the stronger light.

I don't think they are past saving or anything, the sun doesn't look like it has hurt em too bad yet...

But that's just my opinion. Others may know better than me...
