Heat will eventually destroy the good stuff.
Yes you can make tea with boiling water,yes you can use a heated dehydrator,but the less heat the better.You may as well just powder the whole shrooms and cap 'em,IMO.If you really want to concentrate them,you could do an alcohol extraction,and either drink that (IF it's ethanol!),or evaporate that on to some dried shrooms or other material.

The best extraction is with methanol. And it works with spent cakes too. You can get it to 25-50% pure psilocybin/psilocin. I will post the tek in another topic in a few hours. Since I have seen several extraction questions.
