2 questions, gelcaps and used rice cakes.........

ok i have 2 different questions:
1)i would like to put dried mushrooms in gelcaps, but where do i find empty gelcaps?
2)after a ricecake is done with, can i use it for casing? also can i just throw the cake in the compost heap or anywhere else in my backyard, and hope for some shrooms to grow?

You can usually get empty gel-caps at health food suppliment stores. Or you can pick up some sort of pills(anything that comes in a 00 cap) and empty them....

Sorry i cant help you with the rice cake dilema!
