Volvariella volvacea - Paddy Straw - Mycelium?

I plated from two different Volvariella Volvacea slants that came from two different sources.

This is the first time I plated Volvariella Volvacea so I'm not sure what the mycelium should look like.

Plates from both slants are shown below -- one slant plated on 3/27 and the other on 4/10.

The growth on the agar plates look the same BUT not as any mycelium I have previously seen.

The growth is very airy and whispy.

Pictures (depth of field) is hard to capture a really good image - sorry.

If you have seen Volvariella Volvacea (Paddy Straw) mycelium on a agar plate -- please comment -- is this really Volvariella Volvacea mycelium or something else.
