I need Complete Mycobag help

I'm ready to grow, got my spores and mycogab. I created a post before and someone gave me a great guide (pictures and all) but I can no longer find it. I know how to inject the spores (post if you want I may be wrong). I mainly need to know the temperature. I also need to know, with mycobags humidity is not an issue is it?

Take 91% Rubbing Alcohol and a few cotton balls. Sterelize the syringe with the rubbing alcohol and the injection point (the self healing disc - the black round thing). Once they're dry, inject the syringe at an angle all the way and inject 1 cc of spore solution. Move the syringe to the other angle and inject another 1 cc of spore solution.

If you can't find a place to hold a steady 82-85 degrees, build the two tub incubator technique (which you'll be able to find somewhere in the forums)...

But other than that they contain all ingredients needed to complete the mushroom cycle...all the water (humidity) as well.

no, you need to flame the tip of the syringe, rub the self healing injector site in rubbing alcohol, but you need to flame the syringe tip until it glows red, allow it to cool for a moment then inoculate near the walls of the bag one cc near the left and right side walls of the bag, humidity isnt an issue with mycobags they release gasses and create theyre own humidity inside the bags
