Neighbor shines flashlight into my window

I'm smoking a joint out my window when I suddenly notice a flash.

Car headlights were my first guess but I looked up after blowing out a hit and that's when I  noticed a flashlight beaming towards my house coming from the lit up bedroom of this girl who's just standing there.

this isn't the first night I noticed her pointing a light towards my house  and I'm wondering if I should shine my light towards their house for a more standup reaction , because I beleive she's shining the light to indicate she sees me.  Maybe give her the full moon and hopefully she howls.

Have any of you had neighbors do things to grab your attention ?

The first week I moved up here I  went around the neighborhood selling brownies and milk for a buck 50 and I was getting responses asking if they were clean and safe to eat , I told most of the people no and they bought it anyhow

. I can do what I want in the "privacy" of my own home but jerking off isn't very private if your making it public out the window. In the dark nobody knows so maybe ill light a few candles tonight and give it a dim shot.

Give them a show, setup a fake satanic ritualistic altar and have a friend over and stage a fake sacrifice, then go to her house the next day and offer her to come over for some liver with a nice bottle of chianti. Extra points if your friend runs through the dining room in a gimp suit never to be seen again.

Something similar happened to me except it was someone on my fire escape with a fucking camera with a flash on(I kept repeatedly seeing flashes go off next to my window, bright enough that idk what else they could've been other than a camera) and I never figured out who it was that did it, it was the last night of my lease, all my shit was packed up, including blinds/curtains and then I shut off the lights and went straight to bed.

My bedroom was dark, but the moon and lights(city living, never really gets too dark) were enough to keep things illuminated enough, and I was on the fucking fourth floor(again, fire escape, doh.) I was literally just laying in bed, fully sober, work early in the morning(hence had to get my shit packed so it was ready to go before I had to head in), fully clothed no scandalous shit going on, just trying to sleep.

People suck.
