1 cup blueberries
2 banana
2 tablespoons ea of flax seed, chia seed, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed
1 tablespoon maca powder
2-3 cups coconut milk

Why only game meats? And how does bison taste? I'm going to yellowstone this summer and I'm excited to try it. If you're trying to bulk up I'd say it's less important what meats you eat, but just that you eat a ton of it. My friend who got me into weight lifting eats 5 chicken breasts at every meal. Imagine eating 15 chicken breasts a day :eek:
