My buddy just recommended this to me this morning. Make a warm milk and just add honey to it. Honey is antibacterial and will soothe the pathways. :thumbup:

Put a nice size glass of milk in the microwave for a minute, half way through put the honey in.  Took both out, poured a good amount of honey in there.  Drinking now.  Has a different taste.  Can't tell if I like it or not.  Lets see how it plays out with the throat.  :laugh:  Kudos to Altered either way.

we had something like that on my block called the monster burger.
i was onlt able to eat half of it. i knew a guy who was challanged to eat the whole burger and his a husky dude. he had troubles but did it. at the end it didnt even look like a burger no more.
