What did you have for breakfast today?

What the fuck did you eat for breakfast on February 20 2015?

I had 3 boiled eggs, 4 pieces of ancient grain toast slathered in butter and strawberry jam, an apple, an orange and a glass of orange juice and a glass of milk.

Trying to gain weight so eating maximum possible calories.

What did you eat today?

I also took kratom and smoked weed if you consider that part of breakfast.

Now for a nice cup of Matcha green tea.

Superfood Smoothie:

blueberries
raspberries
almond flour
hemp seeds
chia seeds
spirulina

+ a cup of coffee blended with 2 tbsp coconut oil

This is pretty much what I eat every single day & then usually a couple hours later I'll eat a couple of boiled eggs & a salad.

Its insanely hard for me to gain weight. If I dont make a solid effort to STUFF myself every day I will lose weight.

If I dont eat aggressively I drop down to 160 pounds naturally, my current weight is 170, my former normal weight was 180 (I got sick and dropped back down to 160, then climbed back slowly to 170) and my best ever weight was 190, but my goal is to weight 200.

I need to work out hard and eat aggressively to put on pounds, and I lose them just by eating normally.

Its annoying but its better then having the opposite problem.

If I dont hit my goal weight soon I never will because I am getting older. I want to weight 200 by age 30 and that will be all muscle.

I am 6"3 and ripped/carved but slim, I want to be stronger, thicker, bigger.

Especially want to get bigger arms, legs and chest.

I am very tall so I need to be heavier or I look lanky.
