Might I suggest that you segregate the list by hardness/mush species...
BTW, I am absolutely awful at identifying trees.

Morus alba White Mulberry logs(oysters) and chips
Morus rubra Red Mulberry logs(oysters) and chips

Ailanthus altissima Tree-of-heaven logs Oyster mushrooms love this species, used colonized straw from a kit as spawn and buried logs, took 5 months to fruit, I have also found flamulina velipes growing on these in the wild, be careful handling these the sap causes a rash in some people.

Prunus domestica Plum logs(reishi) I have also seen Chicken of the woods growing on these, and on Prunus pennsylvania Chicken of the woods and oysters.

Keep growing.

some mentioned already but i though id add comments, ive also added comments for Psilocybes in the hope that all this will be compiled and archived in future as general information

Eucalyptus globulus - Shiitake (logs)
Most if not all Eucalyptus species as sawdust and chips - Psilocybe, Gymnopilus and most if not all wood inhabiting edibles - trick is to supplement with bran and gypsum a bit more than deciduous hardwoods
only E camaldulensis showed some inhibition so far

Liquidambar - sweetgum
shiitake and most if not all wood lovers - the best wood

Ulmus parvifolia - chinese elm
Shimeji, reishi and shiitake - good wood

Cinnamomum camphora - Camphor laurel (Chips)Stropharia rugosoannulata, Pleurotus cystidiosus, Psilocybe azurescens, Psilocybe subaeruginosa. Native parasite is Ganoderma applanatum

Callitris sp (conifer)Australian cypress - Psilocybe subaeruginosa

Auracaria cunninghamiana (conifer) Hoop Pine, Psilocybe subaeruginosa

Pinus Radiata -Monterey Pine, Psilocybe subaeruginosa

Pinus pinaster - Maritime pine ,Gymnopilus aeruginosus

Do you know its latin name? I've never heard of a
horse radish tree, common names are confusing.

Is that Moringa oleifera?

Prunus (Prunus cerasifera) 'cherry plum' work fine with Ganoderma lucidum

The Horseradish tree (Moringa oleifera or M. pterygosperma), also known as Drumstick tree, is native to India. The roots taste like horseradish, and can be used as a substitute. The unripe pods are boiled like beans, the flowers and leaves are also cooked as vegetables. The seeds yield ben oil, used for salad oil, machine oil and in soaps.

This runs a bit OT but the same holds true for canola oil which i've heard compelling advice not to consume.

why? if its OT then i dont mind if you pm me
From its fatty acid profile Canola (Brassica napus?) looks good
and it has been used for a long time - although under the old name of rape seed ( the name on account of what it does to the soil - although t does inhibit fungal pathogens for wheat and makes a good rotation)
the new name 'Canola' is much nicer but its the same old oilseed

Anyone tried Jacaranda mimosaefolia?
I just innoculated some logs with Pleurotus eryngii today
im going to try all my wood fungi on it

cyanide in wilted foliage The seeds also contain cyanide producing compounds and the bark and roots. I couldn't find any mention of the wood containing cyanide, but it may.
I would be real cautious about using chips of Prunus for cultivation, but the water sprouts on fruit trees look really tempting as a substrate.

Thanks for that link, I shall
leave Prunus off the list due
to these concerns

Thanks all for your imput, really I'm only looking
for trees that are used in cultivation, as apposed to
trees that species have been seen on, I should have
made that clearer.

Still some good ones for the list  keep em
coming, and I'll update the list shortly.
