The northeast still got wacked and the snow is still falling in Boston. The totals will continue to rise, but not so much in NY city, where it is the storm that wasn't.

I remember hearing about the blizzard. They must have blew it up beyond proportion. I wasn't even in the area it was supposed to have touched. Damn I wish I could live at one of the coasts, not sure about which one. California, or Florida? I can't decide.

Yeah they were talking about upwars of two feet of snow in my area i also live in ct we got about a foot where i live. The roads were closed untill 2pm today. I got the day off work so im happy.

Apparently i was told theres only two people working at the grocery store i work at one bagger and one cashier lol i feel bad for those two.

You got a source for that? I can't find anything about it. I did find that NY state's record 24 hour snowfall was in Nov. 14-15 1900, but it was only 41". The record 24 hour snowfall was 78" in Alaska one year, but that's still far from 9'.

It probably just felt like a lot of snow, but I don't think it's as much as you're remembering it.
