I got a job at Blizzard entertainment

I applied mostly for fun to a position as Game Master for Blzzard where i would be working with the game world of warcraft.
I did the interview and they asked me to come to Paris which i did and today i got an email saying that the job is mine.

Not the high paying job i was planning for but i figure a fun job would be cool for a change.

GM for europe eh? Well I suppose you cant help me here in the US with blizz's problems.

I was going to apply for a GM job here in california, since blizzard's office is 30 minutes away, but I dont like the idea of that long a commute, and I dont have room in my college schedule for it.

Gonna be a pretty big change moving to Paris and all but im pretty exited and a bit scared. They will set me up at a hotel for one months until i get something of my own which is cool.

Now time to hit those old French books.

I play on stormscale.


The pay isn't anything to call home about. Its about 32k Usd a year for an entry level position. Ofc you will make more most of the time as you get 25% more when you work the evening shift. I also get full medical and dental coverage.
