you dont want them in an airtight container. Put them into a paper bad and store them in the fridge. Try to keep the bag loose so it doesn't crush them.

when i have too many wild ones i wash tem real good any lightly paper towel dry them. then take a paper towel>space em out> and cover them and then pop them into the fridge. gota confess they dont look fresh afterwards but... :smile:
