Coworker became progressively hotter (mermaid effect)

A female coworker joined the team about a year ago. She has a nice body, some imperfections, all in all 6-6.5

Anyway for the majority of the time she's been part of the team I've been largely ignoring her cause I can't exploit her since she's not good at the sort of work we do (science sector).

But as of very recently she leveled up in my eyes and now I really want to fuck her. I can't concentrate and do my work because I constantly keep getting distracted by her, wanting to fuck her and so on. I probed the situation and it turns out she's not really up for it in the moment (she's got some sort of a loser boyfriend). I can live with that. But how do you ignore women that suddenly became hot in your eyes? I already have a gf so getting a new won't solve anything.

Any ideas?

If you know this then why dont you try to question why you feel that way and try and come to terms and come to a healthy conclusion knowing you have a mental disorder and try and rationalize things outside your own view.

If you've got a girlfriend who deals with you and cares for you, don't go chasing tail at work. I've got a mental disorder myself. I'll love my wife forever for dealing with my crazy self. I'd never trade that for a piece of ass, especially a 6-6.5 with the "mermaid effect". It sounds like you want to cheat on your girl by raping a coworker or something.
