26th is sold out, but 27th isn't. :\ oh well ! I might stop by if I'm in the area to see if I can still get in. I'm usually in coney islands on weekends; specifically beer island!

Mermaid Parade is a great NYC event. I'm skipping this year though.

Oh fiddles. Had my usual drunken time at Peggies though. Cook's a great guy, if you ever get around to meet him. He makes some awesome hotsauce, and he distributes it en masse to other stores/bars/restaurants. I forget the name of it though.

oh and for sure the best part of the parade was this *almost* naked chick (she had a skirt on, but thats it) covered in oil holding a sign, written in oil, that read "Fuck BP save the mermaids"
